Return Policy (Damaged Merchandise)

Merchandise that arrives to the customer damaged will be either refunded or exchanged at no additional cost to the customer (including return shipping). Upon receiving any defective or damaged merchandise, the customer should contact info@purpleperidot.com, or use the 'Contact Us' page on purpleperidot.com.

Return Policy (Undamaged Jewelry/Scarves)
You may return undamaged merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a refund, minus  a 10% restocking fee. all refunds/store credits will be issued after the returned merchandise is received at purpleperidot.com. Purple Peridot, LLC is not responsible for shipping fees associated with the return/exchange of non-defective merchandise. Contact info@purpleperidot.com to receive return/exchange information.

Return Policy (Undamaged Apparel)

You may request a return of the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping of undamaged apparel, along with a 20% restocking fee. 

You may request an exchange of the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. To process an exchange, please Re-Order the item you wish to exchange for (before it sells out), and then ship the original purchase back to Purple Peridot for a full refund. The 20% restocking fee is waived on exchanges.

Invalid Address/Return To Sender/Customer Relocation

In the event that a customer's package is returned to Purple Peridot, LLC because of an incorrect/invalid address, Purple Peridot will refund the purchase price of the items, less Purple Peridot's postage cost of the shipped package. 

Customers who erroneously enter an incorrect, old, or non-existent address will be refunded, and may repurchase the items from purpleperidot.com.  If the original purchase included a daily deal price, special promotion, etc., please contact info@purpleperidot.com. Previous promotional prices may be honored at the discretion of Purple Peridot, LLC.

'Free' or 'Sweeptstakes' merchandise is only eligible for exchange, if inventory levels allow.

Purpleperidot.com reserves the right to change or alter this return policy at any time.
